Following from our previous blog; for this project in Beaconsfield, our architect has designed inset dormers which fit in with the local aesthetics. Here, our roofers have started to felt & batten the exterior reusing existing tiles for a flush finish between dormer and existing roof. For the exterior of the dormers, however, we have used grey hanging tiles from a clay composite which fit in with the craftwork of the building and they look pretty good!
