This rather pensive image of our Site Manager, Aron staring through this inset dormer into “opportunity” really defines the purpose of their construction. Inset dormers on suburban properties with larger roofs have more space compared with terraced properties in the city. Having a 30 metre wide dormer on the back of this property would have been encroaching and a bit of an eye-saw. So our tenured architect, Qarib suggested these unique dormers at both ends of the property; two at the front and three at the back. Inset dormers, of course, are smaller, but they still contribute to that all important space and do it with local approval and fantastic design. What do you think Aron is thinking…
