On site survey
Matt and Lloyd will book an appointment to come take a look at your property and talk through options and answer any questions you have.

Architect services
Our architect will attend site to take full measured survey and produce drawings for your review. Once final design is agreed we will prepare and submit the Planning or Certificate of Lawful Development application on your behalf and continue to liaise with the planning authorities for approval.

Party Wall Agreements and Building Regulations
Our team will guide you through the process of serving Party Wall notices and this will be monitored throughout by our recommended qualified surveyors if required. We will liaise with Building Control to ensure all Building Regulations are complied with.

Work schedules
Matt and Lloyd will go through the works schedule and cost plan with you once planning has been approved and answer any further questions you may have.

Completion
Matt and Lloyd will review the project with you as it nears completion, making sure that all tasks have been fulfilled and we’ve achieved everything expected.

Finish
We find the most important part of the builds the finish so will check through this with you and finally send a file with photos from start to finish along with your building control & electrical certificate and company 5 year guarantee
